Even during the past year, as in the last ten years, about 100 doctors are said to have gone from Kosovo to work in Germany.
But to prevent further departure from the Ministry of Health, much work has been done during 2018.
The Shkodra raid, adviser to Minister Uran Ismaili, has said that doubles wages for doctors -- from 600 to 1200 euros -- improving working conditions, buying new equipment that facilitates the work of health professionals, but other things.
For the Democratic League of Kosovo, this phenomenon is being taken as something that is happening now, until we know that this party has led over 10 years with this health. The doctor's departure has been initiated precisely because of the LDK's mismanagement of health, leaving health professionals with undignified salaries and heavily-intensive clinics”, Shkodra said.
“Against the LDK's complaint about the departure of doctors, it was the MPs of this party that did not vote the wage law providing the largest wage increases to health professionals in the last 20 years”, Shkodra said.
“On one side causes grief at the departure of doctors, while on the other side did not vote pay increases for them, such as the policy and vision of the minister Ismaili to create dignified conditions and prosperity for them in Kosovo”.
