Tanin has asked the two states to find a solution to continuing dialogue in Brussels.
He has said that such a thing is hindering Kosovo's imposed tax, for which, according to him, Pristina has set several conditions.
Before that, it is important to move from current positions and display readiness for agreements, working on overcoming obstacles and creating the necessary conditions for continuing dialogue. Pristina has set conditions for tax removal. Progressive steps are essential for starting political negotiations. More needs to be done for reaching agreement with the sides, and this requires support from a large number of actsmen, including the participation of women in the” dialogue, Tan said.
Chief UNMIK, speaking of the establishment of the Kosovo Army, has said such a decision has caused concern among Serbs in Kosovo.
Tanin has stressed the fact that for this decision, Serb List deputies have also come out against him.
He has spoken with optimism about the issue of the dead, but has stressed that much work is still needed to do.
Otherwise, holding the Security Council session on Kosovo was until the last moment in question, as several Western countries rejected the practice of discussing this issue four times a year.
Great Britain demanded that Kosovo be removed permanently from the agenda, while the US believes the sessions should be held twice a year.
