Camishi warns special law on nursing and midwives salaries

Camish has been warned of special laws on the salaries of nurses and midwives.

Dear colleagues and colleagues,
The wage law reflects progress in the health sector, but has not assessed nurses, midwives and other medical professionals as well.
My amendments and colleagues, Xhevahire Izmaku and Fatmir Xhelili in the Salat Bill, did not get enough votes.

We've proposed 17-page amendments, a special KAPITLE to the health sector.
With our amendments we have praised professional training, schooling, scientific preparation, academic and work experience for all health professionals: doctors, dentists, pharmacists, clinical psychologists, physical therapists, logos, ergotherapists, biochemists, radiologists, nurses, midwives, and other medical technicians.

Therefore, I think that the assessment and classification of all health professionals should be regulated by special law, with the “Education and Catagorisation of health professionals in the Public Sector” that we would do together with all the Odas of Health Professionals.

To that end I think that the amendment proposed by me, Xhevahire Izmacu and Fatmir Xhelili, who was positively appreciated by all but who did not get the necessary votes in the Assembly, will be a good starting point for special law.
