A new birthday to avoid retirement requires house arrest for the doctor from Gjilan

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan today has filed a request for the appointment of house arrest measures against suspects R.O., due to suspicion that he has carried out the criminal work legalisation of the false content of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.

According to the request, there is doubt that, indefinitely, in Gjilan, the suspect R.O., even though he had reached retirement age in order to continue a year's work as a doctor at the Regimental Hospital in Gjilan, had issued his birth certificate to the Office of Observation in Gjilan, in which he had stepped in to change the year of his birth, where he then handed it over to the Hospital, with cerrast putting the hospital administration to rest.

In this way, the same man allegedly committed a prominent criminal act after his retirement age reached July 24, 2016, but despite his continuing work until July 24, 2017.
