A 216 thousand-euro stake in Teuta Krasniqi: These are reactions.

And their response came shortly after the media report that RTK will support a serial produced by actress Teuta Krasniqi, who is also the sister of PDK Parliamentary Group chief Memli Krasniqi.

According to them, it doesn't make sense for RTK to buy so many products if there are over a thousand employees inside.

The union's full response:

RTK's Independent Union reacts sharply against high-cost financial contracts, linked by RTK management with independent producers.

The SPRTK has been constantly alarmed about uncontrollable and financial purchases which are damaging RTK to an irreparable degree. Even as the Unions, we've been looking for this harmful practice under the new law. RTK is forbidden.

With these actions, RTK leaders are spreading their hypocrisy, complaining on the one hand over lack of finances as a result of the lack of resolution of the funding issue, and on the other hand each day and more entered into new financial obligations.

RTK is not protected with empty rhetoric as some of the Kosovo Assembly deputies are doing, but with concrete actions advancing the status of the public broadcaster. Through their family involvement in audiovisi projects financed by RTK's budget, policymakers are seriously endangering RTK's functionality.

It's the least that RTK has so many purchases of foreign television products, until there are about 1,000 employees. RTK programming policies should be oriented to internal personnel RTK, which has the experience, professionalism and commitment needed to produce itself. RTK employees rather than support and motivate them in their work, rather, pressure is being put on them as it is on terms of terms, the duration of the show, thus bringing them into a discriminated situation in relation to purchased emissions. Also, pressure on employees is being exercised in order to enforce their obligation to sign purchasing contracts in the quality of contracting authority.

The SPRTK seeks from RTK management bodies to distance themselves from these behaviors towards employees and to let them free in exercising their contractual obligations.

All these injustices the union will address in its respective organs.

Public broadcasters, including RTK, have no financial opportunity, but no legal obligation to broadcast daily entertainment programmes of very expensive forms for their budget.
