It is not known what has affected this, but the air level is currently 40, according to the US Consulate in Pristina. The same level is recorded in both Arberia [Dragodan] and downtown.
Meanwhile, the even better situation is in Fushe Kosovo, where the 21st level is recorded, even in spite of its proximity to thermal power plants in Obilic, Periscopi notes.
The primary source of pollution is carbon monoxide, which is released just by burning coal and other fuels.
