The VV's dispute with LDK is not the president's job, is NISMA?

The ruling coalition agreement between Vetevendosje and LDK has not yet been finalised. It is now public even the point of non-recognition, which concerns the position of the future president of the Republic of Kosovo to be elected in 2021.
