A day before the hold of the Kosovo Parliament's constitutional session, the Vetevendosje Movement has gathered its parliamentary group.
At the scheduled meeting for noon today, new deputies who will swear tomorrow have been seen entering the headquarters of this political subject.
While 24 hours to session remain, the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo have not yet reached coalition agreements.
Tomorrow's session procedures explained to political analyst Ramush Tahiri, who, according to him, is expected to take place within that day, but if there are no votes after the deputies' oath, it can be suspended until they are secured for the appointment of chairman and chairmanship.
The chairman proposes the winning party, which in this case is the Vetevendosje Movement, but
Constituent sessions can only be held by MPs' oaths, even if the mayor and vice-presidents are not elected.
Tahiri said that if Vetevendosje's proposal for Parliament chairman doesn't win votes, the assembly goes on vacation, then when the votes come the proposal again. The proposal can be given indefinitely until resolved because no one has a right to the Constitution, by law, with regulations other than Vetevendosje to make the proposal for the chief parliament.
