Vetevendosje Movement's elected MP, Speed Bulqi, has expressed congratulations on the 75th birthday of former President Ibrahim Rugova.
For many years part of LDK, Bulliqi has not forgotten to congratulate the former multi-year-old LDK leader.

Meanwhile, this is the only wish for the former president from Vetevendosje's address.
The recognition of Rugova's image has been one of the permanent conflicts of the LDK and the VV, which are now trying to make joint government agreements.
