If you're in your 20 ' s and have trouble running around to catch the bus, let alone running for 20 minutes, you might be in big trouble.
According to new studies, there are certain exercises we need to do during certain periods of our life.
The list, compiled by Virginia Active, shows exercises you have to do based on your age.
Along with this list being compiled, the finance company has also conducted a survey of 2,000 people, and has found that half of Britons mostly exercise to look beautiful, not to be healthy.
According to them, it's 32 years old when we start to take health priority rather than physical appearance.
However, these are the exercises you need to exercise on the basis of your age:
What exercises should you exercise in your 20th years:
Run five miles per 30 minutes
Make 20 burpes
Take the board exercise for a minute
What exercises should you exercise in your 30th years:
You have to run a mile in less than nine minutes.
You should do it in 45 seconds.
You've got to do the deadlift exercise at 50% more pounds than your body weight
What exercises should you exercise in your 40 ' s:
Run for 60 seconds without stopping.
) Make 10 pumps without stopping.
Be able to touch your toes by keeping your feet straight
What exercises should you exercise in your 50 ' s:
You must be able to run at normal pace in 60 seconds without stopping
You must be able to make five burpes without stopping.
What exercises should you exercise in your 70th years:
You have to walk a mile in less than 16 minutes.
You must climb 10 degrees in less than 30 seconds
You have to get out of this chair without using your hands and repeating this 12 times in 30 seconds.
