Kosovo Hospital Service Director and University Clinic Basri Sejdiu said that in Kosovo health in 2019, the quality of medical services has been prominently established.

He added that currently in QKUK there are substantial renovations in the Clinic of Immmunology, Ortopedina, ORL etc.

According to him, this year the supply of equipment affected all QKC clinics and totals 6m euros.

All activities designed to improve health services by accounting for easier access, closer quality service has been performed by counting infrastructure, supply of medical equipment, supply of pharmaceutical health materials, and all other activities that have made this improvement... Last year we produced 3.5 million equipment, while this year we have 6 million, and if we compare which clinics have been affected, we can say that all equipment clinics have also increased the level of health services”, Sejdiu said.

While speaking of it, the results achieved during 2019, the first SKKKUK said they made a national advance in patient services and performance establishments this year.

And what needs to be mentioned is the national priority of treating acute heart attack in the first two hours of Kosovo level where we started treating 24 hours of heart attack last year, and this year we've advanced with a national programme that made us rise above the regions where patients will first be treated in the first two hours of acute heart attack and with this project many lives have been saved and the patient is closer to a health service<x1, he said.

According to him, surgery in the brain will soon begin for the first time.

Numerous praises for the medical teams at QKUK had the incumbent Health Minister, Ismajli Bridge, who said that thanks to their joint work it has become a miracle in this sector.
