There are moments in life, when our energy fades, our body is weak, our mind becomes unclear. However, this mental and physical fatigue is not due to any particular event. According to Dalai Lamas, this situation is attributed to “10 thieves of energy”, so you have to follow the 10 basic rules not to waste your energy:
1- Get away from people who complain and burden you with problems, troubles, stress, painful stories, fears and prejudices about others. If someone wants a basket to dump the trash, let it not be your brain.
2- Pay your dues in time! In the meantime, search for your debts or forget them if you cannot get them.
3- Keep your promises! If you fail, ask yourself if the effort is worth it. You always have the right to change your mind, to apologize, to understand, to offer alternatives to your broken promise, but do not make it a habit. The simplest way to avoid breaking the promise is to refuse immediately and say no.
4 Don't do what you don't like. Cost your time to the things you want most.
5- Allow yourself a break when you need it and give yourself the right to act if you get a good chance.
6-Throw, assemble and organize! Nothing steals more energy than a space and a whole lot of things from the past that are needed.
7-Give your health priority and don't let your body machines work to the maximum. Take a break.
8- Face the overwhelming situations you've tolerated! Ignore a friend, a relative, a partner, or a partner, and do not allow any negative actions toward your person. Make the right decisions!
