Durres woke up this morning under strong security measures. Leaders of the region, accompanied by Prime Minister Edi Rama, arrived there.
Aleksandar Vucic, president of Serbia, Milo Djukanovic, president of Montenegro and Zoran Zaev, prime minister of northern Macedonia, saw closely the damage caused by the 26 November earthquake in the coastal town.
As shown by videos published by Top Channel, a large number of bodyguards have surrounded leaders, traffic has been blocked, while a perimeter has been set up for citizens.
Vucic, Zaev and Djukanovic are in Albania to participate in the third Balkan Schengen summit.
