The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina today, the Special Department, against three people with M.T. initials, V. T-D., and U.T., for criminal work “Organising and participation in terrorist group” by Article 143 paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code.
The Special Prosecutor reports that defendants M.T., V. T-D., and U.T., have deliberately participated in the activities of the terrorist organisation, in the way they have gone to Syria and have been attached to the terrorist, militant, extremist organisation I The SIS (Islam State of Iraq and the Shamm), supporting this organization and its activities and goals.
After the defendant's husband, M.T., has been in Syria for several months and has returned for a short time, the entire family has decided to join the fight for the Islamic State, even though they have known such action is illegal, so the V defendant.
