The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina today, the Special Department, against three people with M.T. initials, V. T-D., and U.T., for criminal work “Organising and participation in terrorist group” by Article 143 paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code.
The Special Prosecutor reports that defendants M.T., V. T-D., and U.T., have deliberately participated in the activities of the terrorist organisation, in the way they have gone to Syria and have been attached to the terrorist, militant, extremist organisation I The SIS (Islam State of Iraq and the Shamm), supporting this organization and its activities and goals.
