After he left his work in Greece for a few days, to experience a different experience in collaboration with Chief Renato Mekoli, as head of the famous Chefs Kitchenı, Alsi Sinanaj tells us exclusively about the Who Review. - How many years have you been in Greece and how has your experience started in the kitchen?

I've been in Greece for 25 years. My experience in the kitchen has done very well, I started as a simple cook in 2006-2007.

- What was the first time you came up with the proposal to be part of the Queens?

The first moment I came up with a proposal for the kitchen of Kitchen was in summer, last summer on Mykono Island, where I had my own restaurant. Renato had come to dinner and asked if I would like to come. We've known Renato for years because we've been colleagues since Renato worked in Athens. We met by the kitchen. He asked if I'd like to participate in an episode. I said: “Why not”. It was an honor.

- Did it take you time to think or do you accept immediately?

I didn't think much because I really trust Renato and when he said yes directly.

- What do you think of Albania in so many days as you moved here?

For Albania, I always have goods and whenever I get excited and I feel good. I hadn't come in long, and it was a pleasure.

- How do you like the competitors of Mrsitchen? What impression did you give them?

Heel's Kitchen contestants are children who are now opening their horizons to work, are inexperienced people, and therefore I justify them for many things. I even advise them, and what I said on the show, to lower their heads, to work harder than that, and to listen more.

- Do you enjoy friendship with Chief Renato?

Of course, I enjoy friendship with Chief Renato. Renato is a very good friend and working with him is always a pleasure because we have a lot to discuss about work, about trade.

- What are the three main qualities of being a good chef?

A chief's main qualities are to have a good character in the first place, to be a worker, to be clean and human, and to be a leader who creates other leaders. Not to help, he's one of the best bosses in quality.

-What foreign country do you think best challenges Albanian cuisine and tradition?

I can't believe there's a place to challenge Albanian tradition and cuisine because every kitchen is special and has its own qualities. Wherever I traveled, everything is different and this is about the taste of every person.

- What did you have to cook for Cristiano Ronaldo and what was the food that impressed him most about our country?

Cristian Ronaldo was always cooking fish and meat, but his favorite meal was roast meat, beef on the ground. I didn't cook something traditional Albanian because it had a certain menu on what it would consume every day. Traditional Albanian things have not eaten, what is written are fabricated by people writing in Albania. I've never spoken, this is the first interview with you.

- What inspires you as you enter the kitchen?

What inspires me every time I enter the kitchen is unknown and every time I enter it, I learn new things. The kitchen is endless, day after day when you enter the kitchen you learn something new. You make a mistake and learn something from error.

- What was the best experience in the kitchen so far?

The best experience yet in the kitchen... I can't say, day by day it's a beautiful experience, especially when customers say bravo, you like food, give positive answers to food. This is the best experience in the kitchen. Even today, when I returned from the restaurant, all the happy customers left.

- Would you leave the kitchen for something else? If so, what?

No, I wouldn't leave the kitchen for anything else in the world. The only thing that would make me abandon him could be my family, nothing else, but I still believe I'm leaving him because it's something I love and I love.

- What do you think of Albanian cuisine?

Albanian cuisine is very special, especially for me. Every time something has to do with Albania, I have strong memories of my childhood, of my loved ones. I've always said good things about Albanian cuisine, the thing is that Albanian cuisine should be more popular around the world, teach people because it's a kitchen of great value. So far there's a man coming out to present him all over Europe, all over the world properly, our traditional and many other elements.

- As for your private life, what can you tell us? How have your beginnings been, your life to this day? You had to give up something to be here where you are today?

My private life... what can I tell you? The beginning has been very difficult as any beginning. The beginnings are always difficult, I have made many sacrifices, especially in my personal life. I lost a girl I loved so much because of my job because I worked many hours during the day. Nothing's easy, everything wants sacrifice, and without sacrifice you get nothing.
