Although the above title also appears to be cliche, it is actually quite real and very efficient. All new mothers will have their day and life simpler if they teach their children a new sleeping routine from birth.
A study conducted in Australia by the <x0National Sleep Foundation” has concluded that the sooner the child falls asleep, the more hours he sleeps in the morning and the more his mother's psychological health improves.
Researchers have been observing and studying hundreds of Australian families since 2014 who have been questioned every two years to see if their harmony and mental state had improved after advice to put children to sleep more quickly.
Those who had followed these rules by putting their children to sleep at 8:30 were happier and with a level of low stress than those with irregular times. If you put your little ones to sleep earlier than usual, every night at the same time your whole life and daily routine will change positively.
One reason your children can't sleep or wake up at night is because of technology devices such as television, tablets, cell phones, or computer games. These devices release a hormone into your children's bodies that does not allow them to sleep.
These should be replaced by daily books and activities so that your child is on the move, tired (but of that good tiredness) and then sleep early and without disturbance.
