Cleaning your skin, protecting it from the sun, and tending to some specific skin problem that you may have, such as dry skin, rashes, or lines and wrinkles.
Products for all three steps are available in local drugs and have low costs, broadcast Online Economics.
Clean your skin
Choose your skin cleaner based on whether your skin is dry or fat. If you have dry skin, choose a soft cleaning agent (such as Dove, Cetaphil, or soap, or cleaner Aveeno), and avoid products such as tones that contain alcohol. For fatty skin, choose soap that will turn off the oil and clean your skin more often throughout the day.
Protect Your Skin From the Sun
Choose a broad - spectrum sunscreen with a 30 - or higher SPF, and use it daily. The highest SPFs are useful if you plan to spend hours abroad, but if you spend most of your time inside, SPF 30 is generally enough. If you have sensitive skin, choose a product for protecting the sun created for sensitive skin.
Treat Your Skin's Special Needs
For the dry skin, there are many hydrants effective and free. There are also many inexpensive products that can reduce lines and wrinkles, faint brown spots, or rashes.
