This man, later identified by police as Wayne Oliver, is 65 years old, and he decided to operate his plot before the holidays by robbing a bank and then throwing all his money into the air screaming “Merry Christmas”
Eyewitnesses said he robbed a bank, went out onto the street, and began to throw money into the air, shouting: <x0...Gypism Christmas! ”
The man later went to a nearby café sitting in front of him and waited for his arrest.
The BBC reports that Colorado Springs passersby collected the money from the street and turned it into a bank again.
