Shoigu made these comments during a Russian show as he was asked about relations between Moscow and the transatlantic alliance.
“About five years ago, we had a very active co-operation in Brussels. We had our representative there. Today, our partners are withdrawing from many agreements, clearly along with the Americans. And the security space is becoming increasingly narrow”, the Russian minister said.
Nor agency T AS or Interfax have not quoted Shoigu as mentioning Russia's intervention in Ukraine in 2014 as causing the deterioration of Russia's relations. - NATO.
NATO leaders, in a joint statement after the summit, held this week in London, said Moscow is “threat to security.
They also said Russia's <x0 operations pose a threat to Euro-Atlantic security”.
