Renowned Kosovo composer Gjergj Kacinari has passed away.
News of his death was made known by family members on social networks.
He was born with 25.04,1939 and was composer of entertainment, serious music and that of Albanian film and theatre from Kosovo.
George belongs to the later generation after World War II of composers in Kosovo.
He has made different collections of folklore and reflected them in other ways of music. In addition, he has discussed these collections in various books. Among them is the book entitled “Margaritators of folk songs”.
His burial will take place Saturday at the Catholic cemetery in Pristina at 2: 00 a.m.
