The government chief has stressed that at this summit he will be interested and will seek financial and technical assistance from member states aimed at coping with the effects of the November 26th earthquake.
“Change in the budget will be done directly through parliament on the Economy Commission and later at the session. I have to go to London, where we are at the NATO Summit, plus we have an assignment besides the summit to talk to all counterparts, I with the leaders of member states and ministers and counterparts to assist in the need for direct financial and technical solidarity”, Rama said.
