Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that Ukrainian <x0nationalists” would carry out a “Second Srebrenica” if Ukrainian security forces take control of the border in Donbas without any guarantees set to protect the population.
According to Russian news agency TASS, Putin also said Ukraine had not yet passed an amnesty law and had discussed with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Paris about the possible pursuit of people from Donentski and Luganski.
