Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that Ukrainian <x0nationalists” would carry out a “Second Srebrenica” if Ukrainian security forces take control of the border in Donbas without any guarantees set to protect the population.
According to Russian news agency TASS, Putin also said Ukraine had not yet passed an amnesty law and had discussed with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Paris about the possible pursuit of people from Donentski and Luganski.
The Ukrainian side continues to say “gives us the opportunity to close the border with the “army. I can imagine what would come next. Srebrenica, this is what is”, the Russian president said.
According to him, there is no dilemma of who is the most powerful in Ukraine.
“We have seen President Zelensky hold talks with nationalists. It's obvious who's stronger here. And what would happen there? Who would control these nationalists when they entered these territories without guarantees for the population “, Putin said.
He said that in 2015 it was agreed that Ukraine would pass an amnesty law that had not yet been done.
