Aston Willa's former star Antonio Luna is facing five years in prison... after he reportedly posted a video of himself having sex in threes.
The Spanish defender joined Willa from Seville in 2013, writes Periscope.
He made 17 presentations at Premier League, marking the debut for Arsenal, Periscope reports.
Luna, 28, returned home to play for Eibari in 2015.
According to reports from Spain, the left defender had three - way relationships in April 2016, with the club's companion and a young girl.
His associate at Eibari, Eddy Sylvesre, is said to have filmed the event.
The images soon went viral after they were posted in October of that year.
Luna then came out with a public apology.
The girl is on display asking not to be filmed. Prosecutors in Gipuzoka have demanded that the pair be sent to prison for five years. /Periscope. com/
