To honour his event, incumbent Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj will today place wreaths with flowers in September of former President Ibrahim Rugova. On the occasion of former President Rugova's birthday, members of the LDK's leadership will pay their respects to his grave today and visit the Rugova family.
Former President Rugova passed away on January 21st 2006.
