He during a conference in Doha of Qatar said Turkey needs an air defence system.
Despite the consequences, Turkey will not cancel the agreement signed with Russia to buy S-400 missile systems. We tried to get it from the U.S. and others, but for no benefit. This is a defense system that is vital to us,” said Cavusoglu.

The ministers spoke only two days after US senators backed a bill that would allow sanctions on Turkey to purchase the S-400 system.
