The feast night of October 6th had turned into a night of horror for Arben Ademi and Hetemin Diamonds from Etem. It had all started when a police patrol had stopped them from driving and had instructed them to proceed directly to the Police Station in Shtime. There, they were allegedly physically assaulted by three policemen.
Arben Ademi and Diamond Hetemi were celebrating the outcome of the October 6th general election around 9:00 in the town of Shtime.
But the feast night turned into a night of terror to Adam and Hetem. It had all started when a police patrol had stopped them from driving and had instructed them to proceed directly to the State Police Station in Progress, reports Insander.
There, two citizens were physically mistreated by the three police officials from this station: Adnan Ramadani, 39-year-old, Africa Rexhepi, 42, and Mehmet Beqaj, 52.
After about two months under investigation, two sergeants and police officials have been raised criminally under suspicion of committing the criminal act of “Keraging during the exercise of the official task” near Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor.
