You have a weight problem and you're trying to lose weight, but this isn't working out your hand?
Are you wondering where you were wrong? Perhaps the problem lies in what you eat. While some foods are healthful, they do not mean that they will influence you to lose weight.
A study conducted at Harvard found that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables does not lead to weight loss. Rather, those in this study who ate vegetables with high content even gained weight.
The main blame for weight growth was corn, even one that was not salted and immersed in butter, broadcasts Kosovo Press.
The survey included 43,000 American adults and showed that people who ate corn on a daily basis gained weight over a four-year period, which was not the case for participants who did not consume so much corn and other corn-rich starting vegetables. So corn is a bad choice if you want to lose weight.
