Names of 9 arrested in Durres for deaths in November 26th earthquake

In Durres 3 people have been cuffed on charges of murder as a result of the collapse of objects after the November 26th earthquake.

In the list made public by police, with 9 being banned, there is 53-year-old Kujtim Hasa, 53, in the quality of the Interior Ministry's home house chief.

He will be charged with the “assassination deliberately”. Meanwhile Ahmet Doda, 52, director of this institution, has been detained on charges “Use of task”.

The cause for this move is the death of Chief Prime Minister Bajram Hajdarmataj. Despite being declared an uninhabitable object, he was allowed to spend the night, which resulted fatally after the object collapsed.

Two informal builders, 79-year-old Jacoba row for the Hotel “Mira Mare”, where 2 citizens lost their lives, and Avdula Osmani, 61 for construction in “Hotel Tropical”, where 2 Kosovo citizens lost their lives.

However, the chains have been rescued by the builder of the Lala villa, where eight people lost their lives.

Through a statement to the media, state police and prosecutors have indicated that the bans were taken after investigation and verification of documents.

Investigations will continue further, for violations made not only in objects that brought victims but also those damaged.

In the Durres prosecution, more than 90 people among them were questioned by engineers, owners of objects and performers.

While investigations were involved at least 60 construction companies. An ongoing investigation led to the arrest warrants cut off for 17 people.
