Maliqi for Periscope: If there's no deal V V- LDK, can be mobilised PAN and TE win elections

The Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo have not yet finalised the agreement for the future ruling coalition.

What has so far been revealed to the media by both parties is that the post of president the LDK is looking for is the issue the two parties cannot agree on.

But Kosovo analyst Shkelzen Maliqi has told Periscope that LVV and LDK have responsibilities towards their voters, who voted for change.

According to Maliqi is the Vetevendosje Movement, which will compromise in the created stalemate, thus allowing the LDK to propose the president's name, but at another moment, later.

The first “Option is, what has been expected early, reaching compromise over the president's post at the last moment. I think the closest solution is for the LDK to be granted the right to propose the president, but later as the time approaches for the election of new president”, Maliqi has said.

He has said that failure to reach the coalition agreement would jeopardise the country's going to the polls again. According to him, although LVV is confident that in the event of going to the elections, they should also take advantage of the mobilization of the iss parties. h -PAN.

“Although there are some voices in the LVV that are convinced that victory in the repeat elections will be even more convincing. But the rational have fears of mobilizing the PAN parties. I think that at the last moment today or tomorrow reconciliation will be achieved and it will be necessary for” experiments, Maliqi declared.

If they have harmonised the governing programme, they will have no problem choosing a president with broader, even opposition support, after 14 or 16 months”, he stressed.

We remember that tomorrow the Kosovo Convention Constituent hearing was called. Meanwhile, LVV and LDK have not reached any agreements. Even the leaders of both parties have not scheduled any meetings, on the continuation of meetings for finalisation of the co-government agreement.

Yesterday, LDK chairman Isa Mustafa has said he is waiting for Albin Kurti to call the meeting and that he is ready to respond positively to Kurti's invitation. /Periscopi/
