Lawyer Halimi: There are many images showing how Ivanov was killed

Mahmut Halimi, defence lawyer of Marko Rossic, charged with involvement in the murder of Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic, has said there are images of cameras that clearly show how Ivanovic was killed.

In a proposal for the Serbian portal “Kosovo-Online”, broadcasts news.net, Halimi has said that, at his client's indictment, there is no evidence against it, but that according to him, in the evidence gathered there are also footage of camera safety and that the moment of Oliver Ivanovic's murder is clearly seen in these images and the moment he falls to the ground after shooting.

He's for the first time admitted there's evidence and camera footage of this.

The assessment of security cameras as material proof is very professional, and for me this is very necessary. I've looked at and analyzed a lot of materials and in no camera recording that I've seen so far doesn't prove that one of my clients is seeing in those images. The late Oliver Ivanov looks at these images, but can't see who killed him. Also, at the time of the murder, a few vehicles are seen in the bend of the road, but the faces of people cannot be seen and there are unidentified”, Halimi told “Kosovo-Online”, which added that only the vehicle passing by and the persons inside shooting over Ivanoviqi.

We stress that Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic was killed in January 2018, at the entrance of his party office.
