The atrophy imam, Fehim Dragusha, will leave Switzerland after ten years of stay.
He has been sentenced by the Federal Court for exercising physical and sexual violence against his former wife from Singapore, Albinfo.ch follows.
Dragusha never accepted that decision, even complaining at the Strasbourg Court. He has said he would like the sentence to suffer in Switzerland and not in Kosovo. But his request has not been taken into account.
After the Federal Court's ruling, I must release Switzerland until this case is concluded at the Strasbourg Court, to see closely the reality of where the Federal Court of Switzerland was wrong, not having any indictments in the police and not being under investigation, they unjustly issued the decision that I had beaten and mistreated my ex-wife”, Dragusha reported.
He has said his case is politicised and that he has not carried out the works he is accused of.
