The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment today at the Constitutional Court in Pristina against defendant A. M-Z. due to criminal activity “Organisation and terrorist group participation”.
According to the Special Prosecutor's indictment, there is good-based doubt that defendant A. M-Z. Willingly and consciously on September 12, 2014, she passed through the Pristina International Airport border point “Adem Jashari” along with her husband A.M. and her daughter, who have travelled to Istanbul, Turkey and then continued to Syria in the Syria-Iraq conflict area in order to join terrorist groups I SIS and Al Nusra.
