International pressure on agreement increases, but VV continues to fight LDK

Today, another week goes by without a coalition government agreement between the VV and LDK. Furthermore, the week marked only theggress in this direction, with the members of the parties swearing at each other. It is officially known that Vetevendosje and LDK are not reaching agreement because of the country's presidential position. Vetevendosje, even though it took over the post of prime minister and half the ministries, does not want to offer Mr. Isa Mustafa, who in a way gave to Kosovo citizens. We are reminded that in the October 6th election, the LDK did not earn 10 percent less than the VV, but only 1.5 percent.
Then why this insistence of Mr. Kurt?
All this is the course of a terrible mistake in interpreting election results. Vetevendosje continues to brag that “has won” elections, while it has actually won only within the game created by daily politics. So it came first. But this victory is only moral because our political system automatism only gives it the position of the Speaker of the Parliament, while not that of the prime minister. From this fraudulent interpretation, this party claimed that Albin Kurti had been elected from “people” for prime minister. The truth was open before us, but different. Kurt had received 185 thousand votes, was the most voted, but the Constitution does not specify that MP's most voted candidate is definitely prime minister.

And thinking that “has won” on one side, and that “Albin Kurti has been elected by the people” prime minister, the VV does not believe that LDK belongs to the head of state.
Out of this remarkable arrogance, the VV's Besnik Bislimi published a ésondageı under which Vetevendosje would win 42 per cent of the vote in case of new elections, while the LDK only 21 per cent. So, an open, public threat to the party they say wants co-operation with.
However, Kurt and Mustafa met again. And they came out of the meeting again without the ceremonial letter of reaching the agreement.
This meeting came after a week of increased international pressure. Two deputies from Angela Merkel's party, Peter Bauer and Christian Schmidt, came to Kosovo and met with both parties, telling them to make deals as soon as possible. Many other international officials did so. But the more international pressure increases, the more the VV and LDK's severity with each other is increasing.
Meanwhile, the next meeting of leaders of our neighbouring states was held in what was called “Mini-Schengen”. Kosovo rejected the invitation again, with Thaci declaring that despite Mr. Eddie Rama had to refuse the invitation.

Also worth mentioning in this weekly review is the annual footballer's announcement by the Kosovo Football Federation. He's Vedat Muriqi, who defeated Milot Rasica at the end. /Periscope
