Now Albin Kurti has the meadow, let him speak whatever he wants, because Kosovo is functional Kosovo's incumbent Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, has suggested that with his rule, Kosovo has changed.
He has said that with the work he has done during this term, he has facilitated the work of his successor, Albin Kurti.
In the interview given for the newspaper “The new age”, Haradinaj, has said it has made Kosovo functional.
“Today Kosovo is another country. When I was two years ago, the situation was problematic in the country, such as order, law, security in the north and many other problems. Now Albin Kurti has the meadow, let him speak whatever he wants, because Kosovo is functional. Delays for creating the new government do not bring any problems to Kosovo. Of course it's good as soon as I make the new government, but that's not how it was when I got the warrant. Kosovo has changed strongly for two years of my government”, Haradinaj has said.
He has estimated that his successor will find it easier to handle other matters.
You see for yourself. Is there any concern in Kosovo? Everything is functional in this country, both south and north and east and west. He comes out and says whatever he wants publicly. He deals with Sandzak, Macedonia, Tirana, let's not talk about the others. It is up to the next prime minister, who will come and deal with health, education and stop the unreasonable spending and what the state is saying. But, still, Kosovo is functioning”, Haradinaj has indicated.
Haradinaj has estimated that the functionality of the state of Kosovo has also been proven on Election Day, adding that the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo have shown high integrity on 6 October by not hurting the will of Kosovo citizens.
He has said he has respected the opposition throughout the mandate.
My “Oposit has been treated with respect all the time of my government. No discrimination or punishment has been inflicted on the opposition in this mandate. Rather, we have respected him throughout his term. We respected election day and respected the outcome. This is Kosovo that we created together. This is due to the position and opposition. So it's also due to a position that's been acting days so it can give the opposition space to come to victory. There are other countries that do not allow the opposition to come to victory. We see these on both sides of Kosovo. Here, no one has prevented the opposition from winning, growing up, and feeling free”, Haradinaj has indicated.
In this interview, the first AAK has also spoken about the poor outcome of this party in the 6 October elections.
He has shown why power this political subject does not help to increase civic voting. I have broken down many plans and made many enemies during my two years of government. We've come against many powerful winds. I'm not the majority today, but I've done most of the work. I wasn't even in the war for free majority, but we did work for the majority. True is what Surroi says, that the KLA was not a majority. But as a minority, I have carried out a mission in the service of many. The AAK today is not a majority, but has performed work in majority function for hundreds of years”, he said, adding that he has not worked as prime minister to adopt the majority, but to perform jobs in the country's service.
I worked to perform and didn't work to adopt the citizen by vote. I worked to give up my citizen, who can't be taken away. No Kosovo reserve today is opposed by any other country or by someone who claims to have shares in Kosovo. The military, energy and taxes, these are the jobs we've done”, it has assessed Haradinaj.
Among other things, Haradinaj has talked about clashes with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
He has said he regrets the Albanians that the prime ministers of these two countries are arguing at a distance. The first of the government has clarified that when it is positioned in national matters it does not do so for the sake of someone else.
Various Albanians, regardless of religions, provinces, political parties, are brothers and sisters. We're one. But for national interests, I didn't cry without positioning. And when I'm positioned I don't do it out of one or for one's sake, because the national interest has killed Shkelzen, The Lion and my family has gone beyond what they've experienced. When I go against partition and against that there's nothing to Serbia to worry about. There's the spring of the dividers. We apologize to all Albanians who are upset now with this language, which is used”, Haradinaj has said.
