Hagi Hoti appears today in court for threatening Albin Kurti

And for this writing, Hoti has been banned by the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor for 48 hours.

The guardian prosecutor has demanded that the detention measure be pronounced against Hoti, and that is confirmed for Gazeta Express by Pristina Foundation Prosecutor Laureta Ulay's Agency for Information.

After the deployment of a 48-hour maintenance measure, the caretaker prosecutor has called for the detention measure for suspect H. H.”, Ulaj said.

Meanwhile, the hearing for the prosecutor's request will take place today at the Pristina Foundation Court.

And Kosovo police in Sunday's 24-hour report had detailed the case, which they described as “in murder”.

As for Hoti's post, Kurt himself has reacted.

Hot's threat according to Kurt “is not a big deal”. He has preferred that the evaluation of this threat leaves to the organs of justice.

But Kurti on Sunday had a request for Kosovo investigator. He asked that Hoti be released and last year's party be received near his family.

Meanwhile, the Vetevendosje Movement has delivered criminal outcry against Hoti to the police.

The Initiative's deputy candidate has apologised for the post, which he later erased, arguing that everything has been a technical error.
