Germany confiscated bus from Kosovo, owed 29 thousand euros

Passengers of a bus from Kosovo have been forced to wait in Lindau, Bravaria, another bus to continue on the road. This happened after their bus was confiscated by German customsmen, writes Dpa.de.

According to a spokesman for the Central Customs Office in Ulm, the company in circulation of the bus in question owed the customs a total of 29,000 euros to albinfo.ch.

That's why Land customs officers Baden-Wurttemberg stopped the bus near the border with Austria.

Passengers (their number unknown) had been forced to wait a few hours until their new bus arrived to receive. The Kosovo company was a known old “” for customs officers. In recent years, according to the spokesman mentioned, customs has confiscated two more buses to pay off the debts created.

Normally, companies can turn to buses only after paying their debt to the German Finance Office. And if that doesn't happen, within 14 days, the bus will be sold at auction.
