The European Union is continuing to encourage the continuation of Brussels-brokered dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
The head of the EU delegation to Serbia, Sam Fabric, has told the Serbian newspaper Blic '%s' that the EU will continue to lead the dialogue process, the news conveys.net.
He has stressed that to resume this dialogue, Kosovo must remove the tax imposed on Serbia.
“The EU seeks the formation of a new government in Pristina and the continuation of mediated dialogue. The EU will continue to lead this process, founded by the United Nations and supported by EU member states. The EU High Representative has announced that he will soon visit Pristina and Belgrade. But the tariffs must be removed”, declassified Fabrici.
Fabric has stressed that the opening of EU chapters for Serbia depends also on progress in dialogue with Kosovo.
