Caring for a good skin really starts from the inside out. So if you're breaking up pills, now is not the time to dip your head into fast food and chocolate.

When I was about 13, I had really bad paws at puberty.

I'm not talking about one or two pimples, nor am I talking about those really heavy, irritated cysts under deep skin. Mine was an unusual kind of é my whole face was covered with little bumps under my skin, which made my face look always red, dirty and fat. Clean your skin
