NGK had claimed [but only in Albanian version] that president of UEFA, Mr. Alexander Cheffer, had reacted by supporting Agim Ademi to remain in the position of president.
But he has denied Periscop himself U n EFA, which has responded to the following:
“U n The EFA does not comment on issues related to elections within national federations. ”
This means that the NFFK has manipulated the public about statements of Adam's support from President Chepher, writes Periscope.
We remind them that NFFK had communicated in the Albanian version “the concern of U president EFA's for the situation created” but it wasn't even on UEFA page, and also in the English version of the FFK itself.

U n The EFA has further added to Periscope that, in question, only Article 9 of its statute can be worth, and that speaks of the suspension of a federation when state authorities get involved in the internal affairs of a federation. We remember FFK had raised the case of an eventual U. EFA and FIFA for Kosovo, alarming our football opinion.
A member Federation [of UEFA] can be suspended in particular if state authorities get involved in its affairs in a significant way that:
- It cannot be considered more fully responsible for organising issues involving football on its territory;
- It is no longer in the position to perform statuteic obligations appropriately;
- When no competition organization is guaranteed; or
- Free executive body elections or fully independent elections or the deployment of other troops that are no longer secure.
Based on this, considering point D, it turns out the NFF is jeopardising its UEFA membership by not allowing free elections.
Periscop will keep you informed about the case.
