Djuric denies Recak massacre for second time, NATO bombings called aggression

Former Prime Minister Ivan Todosijevic was sentenced in Pristina to two years in prison for charging for criminal work “inciting hatred, division or national, racial, religious or ethnic patience”

Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucic, as earlier as his representative for Kosovo Marko Djuric, has dubbed Recak's massacre fiction after the Court in Pristina has sentenced former Local Power Management Minister Ivan Todosijevic to two years in prison.

Ivan Todosijevic has been found guilty of a statement issued last year, which he dubbed the Recak massacre of January 15th 1999, where Serb forces killed 45 Albanian civilians.

In July of this year, the Pristina Prosecutor had filed charges against former MAPL Minister Ivan Todosijevic for inciting hatred and division.

According to Prosecutor Todosijevic in the quality of the ministry, he has deliberately promoted and publicly spread hatred, divisions and patience among national, racial and ethnic groups living in the Republic of Kosovo.

The director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Marko Djuric, even during March of this year had denied that crime had occurred in Recak.

He has added that NATO has also been the geopolitical weakness of Serbia, Serbian people in the Balkans
