Former Prime Minister Ivan Todosijevic was sentenced in Pristina to two years in prison for charging for criminal work “inciting hatred, division or national, racial, religious or ethnic patience”
Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucic, as earlier as his representative for Kosovo Marko Djuric, has dubbed Recak's massacre fiction after the Court in Pristina has sentenced former Local Power Management Minister Ivan Todosijevic to two years in prison.
It's scary. All members of the Serbian List will repeat the same thing, and I now repeat the crime fabricated in Recak, where everything was forged by that white-haired fraud, a fraud like Walker, a mavere”, Vucic told reporters, reports b92.
Ivan Todosijevic has been found guilty of a statement issued last year, which he dubbed the Recak massacre of January 15th 1999, where Serb forces killed 45 Albanian civilians.
In July of this year, the Pristina Prosecutor had filed charges against former MAPL Minister Ivan Todosijevic for inciting hatred and division.
According to Prosecutor Todosijevic in the quality of the ministry, he has deliberately promoted and publicly spread hatred, divisions and patience among national, racial and ethnic groups living in the Republic of Kosovo.
The director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Marko Djuric, even during March of this year had denied that crime had occurred in Recak.
Djurd one of the largest massacres by Serb forces in Kosovo does not assess it was a crime.
If we start with Recak, we have analysis from there that there was no crime that could have led to such aggression. Legal institutions have never confirmed the suspicion that something like this happened in the village of Recak or any other Kosovo village, he had said.
He has said NATO's attacks have been aggression against an independent state without any justification.
As someone who witnessed and experienced what the consequences of March 1999 were, I can say that I have no dilemma that this was an aggression against an independent state and that there was no reason for such intervention”, he said further.
He has added that NATO has also been the geopolitical weakness of Serbia, Serbian people in the Balkans
Someone tried to kidnap us for 10,887 square kilometers of Serbia, trying to annex us part of the country. We are witnessing how the borders between Kosovo and Albania have been removed in recent months and no voice has been issued in response to this” action, Djuric has said.
