“The challenge... ” will use the BBC micro:bit device to enable students to develop projects that respond to sustainable development goals ( and who explore solutions to the problems of everyday life.
In this “The challenge...” is invited to attend all schools that have completed training of the “program Schools of the 21” have accepted Micro:bit devices.
After a review of 38 projects delivered by schools digitally a jury of experts has selected 18 best projects to present in “The Coding Challenge” in Pristina.
Program “Schools of the 21” are a three-year education programme implemented by British Council and aiming to develop the main skills of the 21st century of over a million students aged 10-15 in Western Balkan countries and will include all lower elementary schools in the Western Balkans.
The 21” Schools of the 21st century is a programme that offers continuous learning and valuable resources for establishing the capacities of school directors and teachers, as well as policymakers.
The programme is funded by the British government in the amount of 10 million pounds.
