Ramadani has said that Vuciqi is exploiting the government's vacuum and that, according to him, the Recak massacre has done little.
“We as a village have no news of Vuciki's statements because we heard them from others, he himself planned these massacres along with Milosevich and sukka as otherwise declared, he is using a vacuum of our state that did not deal with Recak”, he said at Debat Plus.
