Cell: Minisengen is scandal, through it lies Russia's influence in the region

According to him, through this initiative, Serbia is allowing Russia to extend to the countries of the region, while Albanians constantly made efforts to remove Russian influence from the Balkans.

The Sela has called on Kosovo politicians to form Government as soon as possible so that they can institutionally respond to this initiative.

The Sela says this regional initiative, along with recent developments, and statements by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, has led Albanians to speak to themselves and feel frustrated.

“Scandal for the Albanian political factor, no matter where you live. I don't think we should physically join political factors wherever they are, but with attitudes and platforms and ideas of being united. I feel disappointed, I believe, like any Albanian living in this world, I'm not sharing it in these three countries, five countries or around the world, because I think Albanians have, these recent actions, especially, the statements of Albania's prime minister have made Albanians speak to themselves and feel frustrated, rightly. We as the Alliance for Albanians, given that Kosovo continues not to be accepted as an independent state and faces a fierce diplomatic struggle, with the withdrawal of recognitions of independence that it has achieved so far, given that it is not yet a member of the United Nations, I think that any regional initiative that will begin through Pristina today, and neither through Tirana, through Skopje, nor through any capital in the region of”, says Sela until she is asked about the project of the Balkan minister.

He recalls the issues facing northern Macedonia recently, including constitutional changes and the agreement with Greece, saying the Albanian political factor always tried to remove Russian influence from the Balkans.

According to him, such a regional initiative only brings Russia to countries in the region.

“Once we came out of a busy process, we made constitutional changes, the agreement was reached with Greece, about the name, we had a lot of other problems to sit at the table, and we as the Alliance for Albanians and we put them together, but the idea that every time they conflicted and talked was to remove Russian influence from the Balkans as quickly as possible, and in turn, the Albanian political factor compromised with themselves and left many of them in order to achieve that goal. Now through this regional initiative of the minister, I see not only that Russia is not leaving but through Serbia is coming and lowering our cross-steps between Tirana and Skopje and the entire region. It comes cross-border through the minister and Serbia”, he says.

The Sela adds that if regional initiatives do not share the countries' strategic orientation, they cannot function.

Serbia is reaching through this regional initiative, and Vuciqi is isolating Kosovo, just as they internationally made efforts to make such isolation in the region, tries to turn it into a dark spot which would be excluded from this” adds, among other things, Sela.

“I think that Kosovo politicians will emerge as a result of the recent parliamentary elections there, more important than anything, have to build state institutions out of October's free and democratic elections, and not their personal whims to get a better position in the ministry or president. But he says that the position of the political factor in Kosovo along with this initiative -- rejecting participation -- is fair, since there are still intact Albanian wounds.

Here, he mentioned the missing from the recent war in Kosovo, sexually violated women and Serbia's non-excusement.

He said that such initiatives on the part of Albanians cannot be expected until Serbia seeks public forgiveness for the genocide committed.

“It takes compensation for Kosovo on the part of the Serbian state, research and recognition of Kosovo's independence, then it can sit down to negotiate regional initiative”, Sela added.
