Britney Spears doesn't give up the fight for the boy's custody.

Britney Spears during a September trial managed to win 30% of boys' time, and now according to reports, it is preparing for another trial next year.

Britney's “goal is to go to the family court in the new year and take more time from the custody of her boys,” said a source for the magazine Us Weekly.

Spears will spend Christmas night with two Sean boys, 14-year-olds and Jayden, 13, before going to their father on Christmas Day.

Since their divorce in 2007, Spears and Federline shared a 50-50 precautionary agreement.
