The bavarez giant will launch the i4 electrical limo in 2021 on the market. BMW i4 will have an electric engine with 523 horsepower, with autonomy of 600km under the new standard W LTP. By comparison, BMW Electric SUV iX3 has a 400km autonomy, while comparison models Tesla, Mercedes and Audi have 400km autonomy according to measuring W LTP.
Armed with an 80kWh battery package, the BMW i4 will reach 100km/h in about four seconds, while higher speed will be over 200 km/h. Depending on performance and autonomy, the i4 will also be available with bigger batteries, Kosovo Preris broadcast.
The platform on which the i4 electric platform will be based will support the filling capacity of up to 150 kW. This will allow the battery to load up to 80% capacity in about 35 minutes, meaning 100km of autonomy for every six minutes of charge.
BMW has designed i4 to fill the gap between his pioneer models i3 and i8, as well as the traditional sedans of series 3 and 5.
BMW has so far sold over 300,000 electric automobiles worldwide, with the aim of strengthening further this segment.
