Besa Sahini: “in the Durres district are 16 school objects and gardens that are severely damaged or easily but that the latter need repairs and cannot be opened. In Tirana district, 23 schools damaged more seriously or slightly easier not to reopen immediately.
In Lezha County there are 10 schools damaged, 3 seriously damaged and 7 easier but cannot be recovered immediately. In Elbasan County, we have three more schools that have more serious injuries or easier that can't be reopened immediately.
Injuries in Tirana, Lezha and Elbasan are not on the level in Durres, but still need time for repair, there are dozens of other schools with minor injuries such as plaster cracks, pose no danger to students. ”
“We have two options, the first to start learning in all untouched circuits and make a delay in starting learning in areas where you have declared the state of emergency.
A second option is not to start teaching in Durres alone, and in district Tirana and Lezha not to start in damaged schools, but this is not a preferred option, as it would bring in redeployment of the geox0> teaching process, the minister said.
Sahin added further that it is up to the government to make the decision.
She also stated that the ministry has drafted a relocation plan for students in damaged schools.
More specifically, Sahin suggested that 16 schools in Durres were damaged in Tirana 23, in Elbasan 10 schools and in Tirana three.
