The Italian team, Atalanta, has qualified in the round of direct elimination of the Champions League since the debut.
The Gasperini-led team has defeated Shakhtari by 0-3.
The goals for Italians marked Castagne in the 66th minute, Pasalic in the 80th minute and Gosens at the end of the match.
This qualifications also came thanks to Manchester City's victory over Dinamo Zagreb by 4-1.
City wraps up the group phase in first place with 14 points, Atalanta is second with 7 points, one more than Shakhtari and two more than Dinamo Zagreb.
