Anyway, The touch ID may not be long on the iPhone, as Apple has been granted a license to the Touch ID sensor below the screen.
Apple will continue to work with both biometric security options of Face ID and Touch ID.
Apple's last license indicates that Touch capacity is used by the Touch ID to read fingerprints and does not use touch sensors.
Currently, MacBook 13, 15 and MacBook Air are implementing ID Touch with capacity, while MacBook Pro, the youngest 16 inches, already uses optic sensors.
The License illustrates that Touch ID was used on the telephone screen to gain access to the device. Technology uses a layer of optic sensors under the surface of the screen and a layer of de-ellectic throughout.
This is the first concrete sign Apple is working to return the Touch ID to the iPhone, but it is unknown when the company plans to implement the new system on its phones.
