Anceplott was fired last night, replaced by the famous mess

Naples fired Carlo Ancelot. Even after tonight's victory at the League Champions against Genk, it seems the Italian's fate had been decided.

After a meeting with Aurelio De Laurentis, Naples's president has communicated to the coach that he will no longer be a coach of the club, while their friendship report continues intact.

“Sky Sports” says the meeting was short, after De Laurentise had made up his mind about who would communicate to Ancelot.

In Italy, meanwhile, they make sure that tomorrow will be Gennaro Gatuzo, the one who will take over as Napoli's new coach.

Nothing is yet official, but new developments are expected in the coming days.
