He says the US supports an unconditional and compatible agreement with citizens as well.
The US position is that the governments, the Kosovo government and Serbia's must negotiate unconditionally. They should be free and talk. America has never encouraged a revision of the safe, or as some divisions have called it, he said.
A relationship between the two states should be not only acceptable to politicians but also to citizens. )
